I’ve been going back and forth for the past year and a half as to whether or not to blog – since like half the world, I micro-blog on facebook and twitter throughout the day.
For a number of reasons [mainly just for kicks and to actually write], I’ve decided to be more disciplined in this area. If you read my thoughts – thanks and please contribute your thoughts as well.

sometimes i think i’m missing it.
it’s pretty easy to get caught up in the speed of life in 2009. i find it harder each day to take a moment to soak in what’s really important. so, i’m gonna slow down, just a little, to improve on myself.
currently reading: the bible and listening to jim cramer’s “stay mad for life”

i started blogging in 2003. back then (as if it was the stone age) most folks didn’t even know what google was, much less what a blog was.
it’s funny that i remember people giving me crap for owning my domain name – saying i was egotistical. i’d bet a dime to a dollar that the person saying that either has their own domain name now, or wishes they had bought it before it got squatted.

everyone wants purpose. rick warren has made a bazillion dollars [capitalizing] helping folks find their purpose. i’ve read the book years ago. well, most of the book; i stopped on or about day 35. for the past several weeks the term realign has been going around and around in my mind. no, i’m not talking about my favorite chapter in godsmack’s changes dvd, i’m talking about:
